In the early 1900's many homeless and orphaned children lived in America's crowded Eastern cities. Such children were rounded up and placed on trains headed for the midwest. The hope was to provide good and stable foster homes for the needy youth. That hope was not always realized. This play is a depiction of those times. GISH Theatre Presents "The Orphan Train" Produced by special arrangement with THE DRAMATIC PUBLISHING COMPANY of Woodstock, Illinois.

A Midsummer-Nights Texas Size Nightmare By Burton Bumgarner

The Armadillo Flats Community Theater has never produced what one would call quality entertainment. Abigail Yokle is trying to direct one of Shakespeare's great comedic masterpieces, but the budget is limited and the rental company sent costumes for every production except A Midsummer-Night's Dream. Yet Abigail is not about to let the wrong costumes and a lack of talent stand in the way of a bad production.
