This camp will involve a fun and intense 80 minutes of soccer with Coach Jarvis and 80 minutes of basketball with Coach Chaves. There will be a 20 minute rest/snack period in between the two sports. (HJMS Main Gym) Camp combines two different age groups: 1) K-4: Beginner to Intermediate - Basic skills will be taught and trained through competitive drills and games 2) 5-9: Intermediate to Advanced - Skills will be taught at a fast pace through intense drills and technique by varsity coaches. Salem Witch Museum Bus Trip (FL402)

Begin your day with a self-guided tour of the Salem Witch Museum (admission included) where you can experience first hand the reign of terror and hysteria that was rampant in Salem in the 1690’s through the powerful multi-sensory presentation. Visitors are given a dramatic history lesson using stage sets with life-size figures, lighting and narration (an overview of the Witch Trials of 1692). That summer, 180 people had been accused and imprisoned totally defenseless against accusations of witchcraft in a society driven by superstition and fear. The afternoon will permit free time to enjoy “Haunted Happenings” around town. Visit the Witch Dungeon Museum or the Salem Pirate Museum (admission not included). You can take a walking tour or ride the trolley. Enjoy the unique shops and quaint stores Salem offers. Lunch is on your own at one of the many restaurants in the area. The possibilities are endless! Or maybe you’re tired of shooting on AUTO, having realized you’d like a better understanding of how your camera works. This is the course for you! All the basic photography concepts will be covered in depth, including aperture settings, shutter speed, exposure and image editing basics. With camera in hand, learn specific controls that mystify most beginners. Spend time in class taking pictures and learning composition ideas. Please bring your 35mm digital camera (with its battery charged), battery charger, camera card, and instruction booklet.
