6th, 7th and 8th grade students are invited to an afternoon of dancing at the 1st annual Cottonwood Middle School Harvest Dance. Students will have a wonderful time dancing with music provided by our live Cottonwood DJ, Mr. Eric Parish. Refreshments, a photo booth, and opportunities to socialize and connect with other middle schoolers will make this an exciting afternoon that you won't want to miss!

To attend this event, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out this Cottonwood Student Dance Contract for your 6th, 7th, and/or 8th-grade students.

2.  Submit your student's completed dance contract via this Middle School Dance Contract Submission Form.

3.  Once the dance contract is received and approved, you will be emailed the password to purchase your dance ticket.

4.  A confirmation email will be sent to you when your ticket purchase is complete.

Additional Details:

- A Cottonwood Emergency Contact & Medical Information card must be on file for all students attending our Cottonwood drop-off events.   Please bring a completed Cottonwood Emergency Contact & Medical Information card with you to the dance or plan on arriving a few minutes early to complete this information at check-in. 

- All students attending the dance must present their Cottonwood School ID when they check-in upon arrival. You may obtain your FREE Cottonwood Student ID by emailing your first and last name, local student ID number, and a photo to idcards@cottonwoodk12.org

- Dance Attire: Afternoon Dressy Casual (Dress to impress! Nice shorts are fabulous, but please no athletic attire.)
