Students will have a wonderful time at the Fall Ball semi-formal dance. The dance will include refreshments, DJ Eric Parish, dancing, and a photo booth. High School students may bring a guest provided a Guest Pass has been submitted and approved. High School students won't want to miss this opportunity to create lasting memories.

Semi-formal attire is requested. Please wear dresses, slacks, and collared shirts. Dress to impress!

To attend this event, you must follow these steps:

1) Follow this link to fill out a Cottonwood Student Dance Contract.

2) If bringing a guest, follow this link to fill out a Guest Pass.

3) Submit your student's/guest's completed dance contract via this High School Fall Ball Dance Contract Submission Form.

4) Once these documents have been submitted and approved, you will receive a code to purchase tickets. Revisit this event page to purchase your tickets.
