Based on the classic 1960’s TV show, The Beverly Hillbillies follows the exploits of the Clampett family as they become “millyunaires” after oil is discovered on their Ozark homestead. With their new wealth, they are advised to move to “Californy.” Once they reach Beverly Hills, chaos ensues as the Clampetts are not prepared for high society, and Beverly Hills is definitely not ready for the Clampetts!What happens when Granny, Jed, Jethro, and Elly Mae are confronted with “tennus” courts, “cement ponds,” con artists, and romance? Hilarious mix-ups, hi-jinks, and one-liners occur. Throughout it all the Clampetts stay true to themselves and never lose their sense of who they are.
