About
The Youth Basic Engine class is a hands-on, 3-hour class aimed at students 10 years and older. Students will learn how an engine works by taking apart their very own individual single-cylinder engine to see how solids, liquids, and gases interact to make it run.
Due to the hands-on nature of this experience, this event is geared toward learners 10 years old and up. No exceptions.
There will be TWO sessions. Please choose one:
Session One: 9 AM- Noon (8:45 check-in)
Session Two: 1 PM - 4 PM (12:45 check-in)

- # of Tickets: 10 Cottonwood students ages 10+ per session (2 sessions)
- Ticket Types: Cottonwood Students and Required Chaperones (Chaperones will register on the order form)
- Cost: $25
- No refunds after registration
- This is not a drop-off event. All students must have a chaperone for the duration of the event.

- Adult Transition Program and Transition Age students have been invited to attend this event in order to increase social interactions with peers and work on independent living skills.
