📚 Chef Arcot moved to the U.S. 25 years ago, bringing with her a rich culinary heritage. Over the years, she has inspired countless students through her cooking classes and now runs her own business, Sacramento Spice. She offers cooking classes, authored her own cookbook, and sells spice blends.
