Registration deadline March 21, 12:00 pm.In consideration for providing me with the opportunity to participate in this event, I hereby release and discharge the Catholic Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph, its constituent organizations, including but not limited to St. Peter's Parish, St. Peter’s School, their officers, employees, representatives and volunteers from any and all claims for personal injuries, illness (including COVID-19), or property damage that I or my child may sustain as a result of my participation in this event, regardless of how it results, including negligence. I understand that I may choose not to participate in this event in lieu of signing this agreement. I hereby warrant and represent that I am physically fit and capable of taking part in this event. I agree that I will abide by the rules and regulations governing the above described event and will obey any instructions given by the person or persons having supervision and control over the event.
