Are tickets to the services free?
Yes, tickets are free. At the Lakeline Location, you’ll choose your specific seat. The Leander and Steiner Ranch locations are general admission. So, you’ll let us know how many seats you need, but there’s not assigned seating. Seat reservations aren't required for the Good Friday service; simply show up!  

Is there a limit on the number of seats I can reserve? 
You can reserve up to 10 seats per order. If you need to reserve more than 10 seats, you can do so through a separate reservation. 

What if my plans change and I need to cancel tickets?
If you need to cancel some or all of your tickets, you can do so through your confirmation email from Vanco. PLEASE NOTE: Once you cancel tickets, you'll receive an email that you'll need to confirm in order to verify and complete your cancellation. To accommodate the large crowds that attend Hill Country's services, we appreciate you cancelling any tickets you no longer need.  

Do I need a password or access code to reserve seats?
In the top right-hand corner of the ticketing site, you'll notice a space to enter a password or access code.  You DO NOT need a password or access code unless you were previously given one.  Please just go ahead and reserve your seats. We can't wait to see you! 

How do I find my ticket reservations for Easter?
You will receive an email from VancoEvents Team with your seat reservations.  If you can't find the email or need to access you tickets, simply click here. 

Will there be childcare?
We’ll have fun and engaging Kid's Ministry programming for kids ages birth-5th grade during all our Saturday evening and Sunday morning Easter services except at our our Lakeline Sunrise Service or our Lakeline Good Friday service.

Will there be a Good Friday service? 
Yes, you're invited to join us for our Good Friday service at 6:30pm on Friday, April 18 at the Lakeline Location for a special time of remembrance and reflection. Everyone from all our Hill Country locations, and our community, are welcome to attend this service.  Tickets are not required; simply show up!  There will be no Kid's programming for this service, so bring them along. 

Will there be a Sunrise Easter Service?
Yes, we'd love for you to join us outdoors at 6:30am on Sunday, April 20 for the Sunrise Service at our Lakeline Location.  Seat reservations aren’t required; simply show up!
The 6:30am service will be similar in content to the later services except we won't have baptisms, and it will be held outdoors. Please note that Kid's Ministry programming is not provided during the Sunrise Service.

Will there be interpretation for the hearing impaired?
We'll have interpretation for the hearing impaired at the 9am services on Sunday, April 20 at our Lakeline and Steiner Ranch locations. Please contact Shelly Corbin at shellycorbin@hcbc.com for seat reservations.

Which service is best for Special Needs?
We have seats reserved specifically for our Special Needs community at the 10:45am service on Sunday, April 20 at our Lakeline location. Please contact Shelly Corbin at shellycorbin@hcbc.com for more details and seat reservations.

Is there handicap-accessible seating?
For handicap-accessible seating, we want to be sure to accommodate you, so please call 512.331.5050.
