T-Shirts: T-Shirts will be sent to the child's school after the event. T-Shirts are not included with the General Admission ticket, you will need to purchase a "T-Shirt Only" ticket to receive a T-Shirt.

Refunds: Refunds will be allowed if requested before Feb 10th at 5:00 PM CST. Please email director@cabotpantherfoundation.org to process your refund (minus ticket fees). After Feb 10th refunds requests will not be accepted.

Photo Release: By purchasing a ticket and attending this event you agree that your photo might be published to the Cabot Panther Foundation and Cabot School District social media pages.

Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.
