Welcome to the Prom 2023 Payment Portal! We have switched venues this year and will host Prom 2023 at Ashton Place in Willowbrook. 341 75th St. Willowbrook, IL 60527 Doors will open at 6:30, Dinner will be at 7:00 and the evening will conclude at 10:30. Please read the instructions carefully as all steps will need to be completed in order to secure your spot at prom.

1. If you are bringing a date that is not enrolled at Yorkville High School, a date request form must be picked up in the dean's office. You will then need to hand the form to the individual that is not enrolled at YHS, have your outside guest complete it, and have the high school that they attend sign off on it. Once completed the form will then need to be turned into the dean's office for review. Please be sure that this is completed first before you sign up here.

2. You will see a seating chart and floor plan to Ashton place and see seating availability. Please select the table that you would like to sit at. Each table will have 10 seats and you will see a counter for each table's availability. If you would like to sit with a group of your friends and their dates at dinner please communicate to them the table that you are selecting and have your friends all sign up at the same time. The seating chart is first come first serve and if your friends wait to sign up for a spot at your table others may choose to sit in those spots. We will have a sit down meal and it is required that you sit at your assigned tables that you select with your guest that you bring.

3. Please follow the instructions completely and fill out your full names first and last when you are signing up and the amount of tickets that you would like to purchase. The cost of each ticket is $85.

4. On the day of Prom, please bring your school ID with you. If you are bringing someone from another school, please be sure that they also have their school ID as this is how you will be checked into the venue. You must arrive and check in with the guest/date that you are bringing.
