MCHS PARKING PASS RULES AND DISCLAIMER STATEMENT
1. Students are required to display a current MCHS parking permit while on school property.
2. Students will refrain from re-entering the parking lot unless permission is given by an administrator or instructor.
3. Vehicles must be locked and secured while parked in the parking lot.
4. Loud car stereos will be turned off prior to entering the parking lot.
5. Tire spinning in the parking lot is strictly prohibited.
6. There will be a single line entering and exiting the parking lot. Passing is strictly prohibited.
7. Vehicles on MCHS property may be subject to search by administration and law enforcement officials. Searches may include the use of drug and substance sniffing dogs.
8. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on MCHS property. STUDENTS WILL NOT BRING DRUGS, ALCOHOL, OR WEAPONS TO MOUNT CARMEL HIGH SCHOOL.
9. Students must park in designated parking spaces, never in the faculty, reserved spots or visitor parking spaces.
10. Drivers are responsible for the actions of their passengers.
11. Vehicles must be registered, titled, insured and have proper identification for parking pass.
12. I agree to abide by policies and procedures for the student parking lot. I further understand that by not doing so and/or not remaining in compliance, I will forfeit student parking privileges at MCHS and no refund of parking fees will be provided in addition to other school discipline sanctions which are deemed appropriate by a school official.
13. Vehicle damage/theft from vehicles must be reported by student/parent to Mt. Carmel Police Department should a formal report need to be filed. Police reports are not the responsibility of MCHS.
14. PARKING AT MCHS IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT, AND MAY BE REVOKED.
