Cottonwood School - Event & Field Trip Refund/Cancellation Guidelines 2024-2025 Cancellation Guidelines: - All sales are final; no refunds will be issued. - If you need to cancel, inform the event organizer promptly. Ticket Rules: - Tickets purchased with instructional funds are non-transferable and specific to the student. - Choose the correct ticket type based on the registrant's status (e.g., Cottonwood Student, Required Chaperone). - Review event descriptions for crucial details and available ticket types. - Ensure participant registrations (e.g., age or grade) align with parameters; any errors will result in ticket cancellations. Participant Guidelines: - Some trips are exclusively for enrolled Cottonwood students and required chaperones. - Age restrictions may apply based on venue guidelines or staff decisions. - Parent Chaperones must actively participate without distractions, ensuring direct supervision of their students at all times. - Teen drop-off is available at select events only. Event Entry: - All attendees must have the appropriate ticket. - Unregistered individuals, including infants and toddlers (unless specified otherwise), will not be admitted. - Our events are nut-free. - Pets are not permitted at any school Events or Field Trips. Registration: - Complete registration includes both a chaperone and a student (except for select teen-only events). Thank you for your courteous participation.
