The following terms and conditions apply to all paid event ticketing events/registrations: -The Event Organizer is not obligated to provide any refunds in regards to tickets/registrations purchased for any event. -The Event Organizer pays all credit card fees associated with your paid purchase. If Organizer approves a refund, the refund will be 5% less to cover the credit card fees so the Organizer does not take a loss. -Beginning July 1, 2022, VANCO Events began charging a service fee per ticket on all paid ticketed events. Tri-Valley has nothing to do with this fee and the fee goes directly to VANCO. This fee is subject to change. On February 1, 2025 the fee will be $0.75 per ticket.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organizer” and not that of Revtrak inc d/b/a Vanco Events.
