Vanco offers our Vanco Events Scanning App, which can be downloaded for free to any Apple or Android mobile device. When attendees arrive, they can present either their digital ticket or printed ticket to be scanned by the app and granted entry to the event. This feature can also be used to track attendees as they check in and out.

Can Vanco Events collect donations?

Yes! Event organizers can take donations at the online checkout when an attendee prepares to pay for their tickets. Attendees can then add any additional donation they want to contribute through the Vanco Events platform.

What if an attendee loses their event tickets? What can Vanco Events do to help?
